Our steel piers are repurposed galvanized steel drilling stem that we source from gas and oil drilling companies that is re-engineered for home foundation piers. Each section of pier is 3ft in length that is pushed hydraulically to 10,000 psi and each section permanently locks in place to prevent shifting or separation. When all of the sections have been driven into the ground they form one solid steel pier. The entire pier is driven down to the bedrock. There is less than a 1% chance that pier will fail.

Concrete piers offer an affordable and solid solution. If you’re trying to get your home level again then concrete piers offer a budget friendly solution. Concrete piers are not as strong as steel piers and instead of the sections of the piers being interlocked they are just stacked on top of one another to form a pier. We still drive the pier to 10,000 psi / bedrock. Our concrete piers carry a 10 year warranty. 

We replace all of the old wood posts that are usually under pier and beam homes with solid and long lasting poured concrete piers. Our poured concrete piers have footings, are reinforced with steel rebar and will last you for many years to come. Our poured concrete piers carry a 10 year warranty .
